What is your return policy?

Would you like to return or exchange your order? You may exchange or return your online purchase within 14 days of the date of shipment of the order. Orders can be sent back to Capo&Co as a customer return.


Please use the original packaging for your return shipment. We recommend returning your order using the Swiss Post services. You are responsible for paying the postal fees caused by exchange and return.


Return information

With your return order, please include your information (name, address, order details, reason for returning, whether you would like another size/color or return of payment) in the package with the items you would like to return. The customer is liable for any returned item until Capo&Co has received it.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping

 

Capo&Co is based in Switzerland. All orders will be processed and shipped after your payment has been received.

All products that can be moved to a shopping cart on this website are available for order. For products that are in stock in Capo&Co warehouse, the usual time of delivery is 1-4 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. In case the product is not available, a delivery time of 2-4 weeks is expected from the moment of receiving the payment. This information is shown for every product available for purchase on this website. Please bear in mind that these expected delivery times are indicative and without any obligation on the part of Capo&Co. We will do our best to get the products to you as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service in case of any questions.

 

All orders are shipped by Swiss Post.

 

Delivery to your home or work address

Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide to us. If you would like your order to be shipped to your work address, please make sure you provide the relevant additional address information, including company name and floor.

Delivery as a gift

​

Would you like to suprise a friend or (new) family member with a Capo & Co. gift? We would be happy to ship your order directly to your friend’s or family member’s address. Please provide us with complete address information concerning both the recipient and your address. 

Another great gift option is to give a Capo&Co gift certificate, that the recipient can use on an item of their choice in our webshop.

Transport damage

 

Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt and promptly report any damage.

In case of any defects or false or incomplete delivery, please immediately notify us. We will will provide you with instructions for the return of the affected products and will replace your order upon receipt.
